JSM has been in operation for over 15 years. In that time our organization
has placed over 300 players and coaches in professional positions around
the world. Four years ago, we went from being a full service agency that
represented several current and former NBA and WNBA players to
operating as a marketing service geared toward rookie and entry level
players trying to get a break into the pro game. We are not an agency but
a marketing service. We put the team in direct contact with you once they
let us know they have an interest.

The JSM System - How and
Why it Works
Why it Works
Established Worldwide Network - Over the years JSM has built a
worldwide network of agents, team managers and coaches that have
done business with our organization. They have grown to trust our
judgement and in many cases only use us as their sole source of
American import talent. This also benefits the player in knowing that JSM
is dealing with established and trustworthy clubs that pay players on time
and honor their commitments.
Teams Never Pay a Commission - Because of the level of players we
are promoting and the lower base pay of player salaries on this level we
choose never to charge teams a commission. We have found that this
tends to make overseas clubs want to use us whenever possible so they
can save the 10% that most agencies do charge them and the client.
Promoting You To the Correct Level of Team - Our promotion
efforts are targeted on teams that take entry level players and players
early in their careers. This means we deal mainly with second and third
tier teams. For example - 2nd and 3rd Div Germany, 2nd Div UK, Ireland,
Australian ABA, Chinese 2nd division etc...By promoting you only to
teams on the level most likely to sign you, we do not waste your time and
money.
Annual Service Gives You More Than One Opportunity - We make
the duration of our service for one year rather than just until we help you
with just one job. This way if we help get you something for Europe in the
Fall, you are then covered when you get home in April as we try to find
you another job in one of the Spring or Summer leagues.
Limited Clientele - We limit our marketing service to 30 new players
annually, we average 2/3's of our existing players renewing their
marketing agreements, this means we are never servicing more than 50
players at the time.
Weekly Updates By Phone or Email...We provide you a weekly
update as to the teams we have contacted. We contact you by email with
this report. If you do want to check in with us via telephone, that is fine
but we ask that you limit that to once per week.
Your Marketing Fee Goes to a Good Cause...We take all of the
marketing fees each year after expenses and put them back into our
youth program which funds AAU clubs and provides summer basketball
camp scholarships for underprivileged kids.

fax them back to us at 360-656-9162
2. - Wire your $300 annual marketing fee to us via Western Union. You can do this by
calling 1-800-225-5227 with a debit or credit card or going to a western union location
personally. Once you do that, you will need to call JSM at 704-253-2006 and provide
us with a MTCN (Control Number) from Western Union. This will be our proof that the
funds are available and we can go to work for you.
3. - You may send us a video via DVD or we encourage you to post your video on
Google and we will provide a link to that to teams. We are in the process of starting
our own video service that will be included free as part of your service at this point.
