The purpose of the player marketing program is to offer an affordable
option for non NBA/WNBA level players to be marketed to overseas
and American professional teams. This is a low cost approach that
produces great results for the player. JSM makes no commission from
teams on these placements thus making JSM clients more attractive to
clubs on a budget. We utilize over a decade of contacts and
relationships to help secure you an entry level playing position in
professional basketball. This is meant to be a stepping stone for you to
go on to bigger and better jobs, our goal is to get you in the door.

Cost - $250 Annual Marketing Fee

Benefit - Your profile and video when available is sent to a minimal of
30 overseas and or American minor league teams. These are teams
that are based on the level that is most likely to be willing to offer you a
position. You are also considered for short term tour team deals,
clinics and put up for the various NBA summer league teams. You will
get weekly updates on request and will be able to contact us for
updates or questions.

How to Get Started - First of all you will need to contact us either by
phone or email and have an on the phone evaluation done as to your
marketability to make sure we can help you. You will then need to fill
out a contract and profile below. Fax or email that back to us at Fax -
360-656-9162 or email . Make it Attn: John Jordan. You then need to
wire your marketing fee via Western Union (We use WU because it
prepares you for how you will move money when you are overseas.)
You can do this by going into a western union office or calling their 800
number at 1-800-225-5227. Your fee needs to come to John Jordan in
Fletcher North Carolina. They will then give you a control number
(MTCN). You will need to call me or email me with that. Once I recieve
your contract, profile and fee we go to work for you immediately.

Player Contract

The following is a legally binding contract between __________________________ and
Jordan Sports Management who will be referred to from this point on as JSM. JSM agrees
to market before mentioned player to the world basketball community in an attempt to help
before mentioned player obtain a professional position as a player.

Said player agrees to pay JSM the annual fee of $250 in American dollars to JSM for the
services provided by JSM. Before mentioned player understands this is not a promise of
employment but rather an agreement to market said players abilities as a basketball player to
potential employers.

JSM agrees to contact a minimum of thirty teams on said players behalf and provide those
teams any information they may request such as resumes, tapes or references in order to
make a hiring decision on said player. JSM also agrees to complete a professional playing
resume on said player if one is not already available. JSM also agrees to provide said player
a listing of all teams contacted on his or her behalf.

The term of this agreement is for one year from the signing date below .
